HEY!

I’m Cassandra! I’m a natural leader that thrives in fast-paced environments needing strategic creative direction. I have a knack for business and process with a passion for being approachable and bringing out the best in every person on the team.

Throughout my career, I have moved seamlessly between industries and design disciplines for iconic companies like Old Navy, Abercrombie & Fitch, and JCPenney. I lead multidisciplinary teams across all creative functions, building the environments where great work happens. I’ve invested heavily in leadership development over the years which has sharpened how I lead. I’ve found that being 50/50 right brain/left brain gives me a real advantage when leading creatives in business settings.

I was born and raised in the Midwest but am a city girl at heart. I love exploring different places and cultures that shape how I see design. Outside of work, you’ll find me hanging out with my family, trying a new recipe or restaurant, practicing yoga, or reading for my neighborhood book club. I believe in finding the fun and beauty in every situation, often with a vintage cocktail in hand.

Most recently, I’ve been applying my skillset to Mister Sunshine Tattoo, a premium tattoo supply company I’m building alongside my husband. I lead brand identity and business operations while he brings the craft and shop experience, and we are so excited to launch soon!
